Allie Kaufman joined Northwestern Mutual in February 2009.  She is a graduate of Bethel University with a degree in Communications.  Allie assists Terry with his management and operational duties.  In her spare time Allie enjoys hanging out with her husband Rick, playing sports, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Jen joined Terry's office in August 2009 as the Office Coordinator.  She is a 2009 graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.  In Jen's spare time she enjoys hanging out with her husband Brian, hiking, doing crossword puzzles and spending time with friends and family.

Karin started with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1993 as an assistant to Terry McTigue, CLU, ChFC, CASL. In 1996, she and Terry started a new office in the Minnetonka area. As Director of Operations and an Associate Financial Representative, Karin assists Terry with his management duties and oversees the day to day office operations. She is insurance and securities licensed. Karin is a graduate of St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Psychology. She lives in SW Minneapolis with her husband John, daughter Elli and son Finn. In her spare time, Karin enjoys gardening, traveling, antiquing, and being with family and friends.

Kelsey Steuber is a 2007 graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Kelsey began her career with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an intern. She participated in our highly acclaimed internship program from January 2006 through September of 2007. In September she joined Terry's team as an Associate Finanical Representative.  Kelsey works with Terry in the areas of case preparation and investments. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys playing sports such as volleyball and basketball and spending time with her puppy, friends and family.

Sarah Fishbaugher is the New Business Coordinator for Terry's team.  She started with Northwestern Mutual in December of 2007.  Sarah is currently attending Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, working towards her Bachelor's degree in accounting.  When she is not working or doing school work, she enjoys playing with her puppy, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
