The Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce named Terry McTigue as its "Small Business Person of the Year"

During the recent award ceremony, Chamber President Pat MulQueeny said McTigue works with his own clients while balancing the recruiting and development goals of the office.  He teaches his representatives to build strong relationships with their clients and focus on doing the right thing in every situation.

The office faced a major challenge in 2008 and '09 as the economy hit a downturn and the investment markets took a severe drop.  Add to that, in the summer of 2008, McTigue suffered a major accident and it took him almost a full year to recover.  While he was gone, the office maintained the same results as the previous 12 months.

For the last two years Terry trained and finished the Multiple Sclerosis 150 Bike Tour.  He also participates in a number of charity programs through the Columns Resource Group Foundation. The CRG Foundation raised over $35,000  for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society during a golf tournament this year.
